TEDx NHS Talk - Understanding your Intergenerational Gifts and Burdens

We all exist in family trees. There are the roots which carry our DNA and where we find ourselves in the world, the leaves are the burdens which we inherit from our elders, and the fruits are the gifts which they also hand down to us. Manpreet shares experiences of intergenerational transmission and shows us that it is possible to 'leave' the burdens behind by exploring our roots and revealing the sweetest of fruits.
